Welcome to LiftWar (the “App”), operated by LiftWar, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
You may not impersonate others, create accounts using false information, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User-Generated Content
The App allows users to create and share content, including text, images, comments, and messages (“User Content”).
You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is:
Harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful
Sexually explicit or pornographic
Discriminatory based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
Violent or encouraging harm
Spam, misleading, or fraudulent
Otherwise objectionable or inappropriate
There is zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable content.
Content Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms.
Users may report objectionable content directly within the App.
All reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. If content violates these Terms, it will be removed and the responsible user may be suspended or permanently banned.
User Content License
By posting content in the App, you grant LiftWar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the App.
You retain ownership of your content.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or repeatedly post objectionable content.
You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that user-generated content will be accurate or appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftWar is not liable for damages arising from user-generated content, user interactions, or moderation actions taken in good faith.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
